In consideration of other spa treatments, please refrain from using your cell phone. A peaceful environment and relaxation is our goal.

PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive early so that you may experience the full benefits of your service.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We will do our best to fill your reservation, however if your appointment time goes unfilled you will be charged a portion of the service.

REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with inappropriate conduct and language. Inappropriate behavior will result in your service being terminated.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect our client’s privacy. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.

GRATUITY

Tips are greatly appreciated; the norm is ten to twenty percent. However this is strictly optional.
